Withdrawals & Transfer Certificates

For getting Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate etc. the parents have to apply in writing.

On receipt of approval from the principal, Transfer Certificate will be issued and parents can collect the TC of their ward (s) after (seven) days of the submission of the application.

TC will not be issued under the following circumstances.

a.

The Parents/ Guardian have failed to submit the TC from the previous school where the child has studied.

b.

Failed to submit the birth certificate of the ward from Municipal Corporation of the area or registration of Birth/death.

c

The dues pertaining to the school have not been paid.

Students may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds.

a.

Non payment of school dues.

b.

Parents repeatedly not meeting the teacher in the school when called for a need.

c.

Using unfair means in any examination or attempting to influence any teacher.

d.

Consistent unsatisfaction (progress in studies)

e.

Conduct harmful to others.

Any two detentions

Normally the application for withdrawal should reach us by 30th of March of the current session.

Parents/Guardians who apply for the TC between 1st of April to 15th of July will be requested to pay annual charge—1, three months tuition fees, transport fee and IT charges.

Parents /guardians who apply for the TC after 15th of July to 15th of August will be requested to pay annual charges 1,2 six months tuition fees, transport fees and IT charges.

Parents/ guardians who apply for the TC from 15th of August onwards, will be requested to pay annual charges plus complete fee for the whole session.

However, transfer cases of the government employees, army personals and any other emergency cases will be considered on merit by the Principal.

I have read and understood the rules given by the school Authority. I declare that I shall abide by these rules and other rules laid by the school from time to time and that the same will be binding on my ward.
